COVID-19 Clinic Statement - CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS
Telehealth appointments are available if you are in isolation due to COVID-19, or are unwell / experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have any other medical concerns and do not wish to attend the Clinic due to COVID-19. Please contact Reception if this applies to you and arrangements will be made to move your appointment from in-person to Telehealth.
If in person at the Clinic: Please limit unnecessary people accompanying the patient where possible. If this is not possible due to care of young siblings etc, please contact Reception staff for arrangements.
Telehealth: If Telehealth has been organised with your Practitioner or Reception, your Practitioner will call you at your scheduled appointment time. If there have been any recent changes to your best contact number please advise Reception by email.
Please observe all social distancing and hand sanitising requirements while at the Clinic. If you are unwell and are due to have an in person appointment, please contact reception to make arrangements. Please do not enter the Clinic if you are unwell.
As per the announcement from the Health Minister, you will continue to receive your Medicare rebate providing you have your current referral from your GP. In most cases any required prescriptions will be posted to you if appointment is conducted via Telehealth.
Our Reception remains available via phone and email as per the current hours (8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday).
We apologise for any inconvenience, however these steps have become necessary to protect the health of our practitioners, staff, patients and families.
