To book an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner at TSPPC

Ella Van De Velde Fidock is accepting new patients.

As a nurse practitioner, Ella is able to offer a Medicare Rebate. Whilst a referral from your GP/Family Doctor is not required for this rebate, we would request that you do obtain a referral, forwarded to TSPPC ahead of your appointment, so that Ella can review and ensure she is able to adequately support your requirements.

Ella is also able to see patients with eligible NDIS funding. Please note that the patient is required to pay for the appointment at the time of consultation, and you are able to then claim a reimbursement from NDIS, if eligible to do so.

Billing at TSPPC

Our staff will advise you of our fee schedule and your eligible Medicare rebate at the time of making your appointment.

TSPPC does not offer bulk billing, and all appointments must be paid for by the patient at the time of your consultation. We do not accept third party payments (for example NDIS). Please be aware that our practitioners do not see patients requiring treatment under The Department of Veterans' Affairs or Work Cover, or provide medico-legal assessments or reports.
